This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made from MÍRAE EDIT and delivered within the United States. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with items missing, please contact us at giorgisvanishvili1991@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging when applicable. We may require this information to verify the issue with our fulfillment partner.
After reviewing your request, eligible cases may be resolved with a replacement, resend, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Returns
Please do not return any product without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
If a physical return is required, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address after reviewing your request. Do not send products directly to the address shown on the original package or to any supplier address without our instructions.
Change of Mind
If you ordered the correct product and it arrived as described but you simply changed your mind or no longer want the item, please contact us before attempting a return. Change-of-mind returns are not automatically eligible for free return shipping or a refund and will be reviewed individually, subject to applicable law.
Return Shipping
For an approved claim involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide instructions for the appropriate resolution. Please do not purchase return shipping or send an item back until you have received instructions from us.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at giorgisvanishvili1991@gmail.com. We will try to accommodate your request if fulfillment has not yet begun. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
